By accessing and using our website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
We provide web development, design, hosting, and AI automation services. Specific details, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual statements of work or contracts agreed upon before work commences.
Client Ownership: You retain full ownership of your domain name, your company logo, and any original text or media content you provide to us.
AI Pilots Ownership: AI Pilots strictly retains full intellectual property ownership of the website design, the codebase, our proprietary deployment architecture, and the automated "Content Engine".
If you choose to terminate your subscription but wish to retain and host the website design yourself, you may purchase a Website Buyout License as set forth in your agreement schedule. Upon payment of this buyout fee, AI Pilots will provide you with a full export of the static HTML/CSS files of your website.
Important Restriction: The Website Buyout License only covers the static frontend website files. Our proprietary automated "Content Engine", server-side scripts, and AI infrastructure are permanently non-transferable and can never be exported, licensed, or bought out.
AI Pilots provides agency licensing and managed digital infrastructure. Fees are billed according to your customized master service agreement or wholesale licensing schedule:
All monthly licensing plans and partner agreements are subject to the commitment term defined in your partner order schedule. By completing a partner onboarding agreement, you agree to our terms for the agreed-upon duration. Early termination is not permitted without settling the remaining balance of the active agreement period.
In no event shall AI Pilots, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Program Description: AI Pilots provides automated notifications, inquiry responses, appointment reminders, project milestone alerts, and two-way customer care text messages (SMS) to clients, agency partners, and prospective customers.
Opt-In Consent: End users opt in to receive text messages by entering their phone number on our website contact forms (such as https://aipilots.site/contact/ or https://aipilots.site/#partner-apply) and checking the explicit, optional SMS opt-in checkbox, or by requesting text communication during an inbound phone call or consultation intake. Consent to receive marketing or transactional text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and active project engagement. We typically send 1 to 4 messages per inquiry or project milestone.
Cost & Carrier Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
How to Opt-Out: You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message from AI Pilots. After texting STOP, you will receive one confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further text messages will be sent unless you reactivate.
