We provide web development, design, hosting, and maintenance services. Specific details, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual statements of work or contracts agreed upon before work commences.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific contract, the client retains ownership of all content provided, while we retain the right to reuse underlying code libraries and structural components that are not unique to the client's brand.
Payment terms are defined in your specific invoice or contract. Generally, a deposit is required to commence work, with the balance due upon completion or milestones. We do not offer refunds for work already completed.
In no event shall Brian Smith, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
